Helen has done my eyebrows (permanent cosmetics) for the past 7 years and she does a beautiful job! She is fast but does not rush, knows how to match the correct color, and she makes the entire process such a breeze.

Another makeup technician did them one time in another city and she took several hours (6-9 hrs.) to get them how she wanted and then the color ended up looking not good!

Deciding to have makeup tattooed on your face is a huge one to make, and I could not recommend Helen enough.
